Tournament rules § 1. Organizer Scandinavia-cup is organized by Fjellhammer IL § 2. Game rules Scandinavia-cup is played according to NHF's rules and regulations. § 3. Tournament form Group play: Teams initially play in groups . Final round: A and B finals and placement matches will be played in all classes, but is participation requires changes the organizer has the possibility to make changes. Depending on the number of teams in each group, the 2-3 best teams in each group will advance to the A final, the rest of the teams will advance to the B final. The finals will be played on Sunday. § 4. Classes Girls 18/Boys 18 born 1992 or later Girls 17/Boys 17 born 1993 or later Girls 16/Boys 16 born 1994 or later Girls 15/Boys 15 born 1995 or later Girls 14/Boys 14 born 1996 or later Girls 13/Boys 13 born 1997 or later Girls 12/Boys 12 born 1998 or later If participation makes it necessary the organizer may join a class with one a year over or under. § 5. Number of players and substitutes A team can use 17 players during the tournament, and 14 players during a match. It is allowed to use a player from a club on several teams playing in the tournament, but NOT in the same age class. Using a player of a different sex is not allowed. The classes are pure boy/ girl classes. § 6. Game time All matches, except for finals, are played in 2x15 minutes. Drawing lots/ coinflip determines which team starts with the ball. The winning team starts with the ball in an offensive position. In case of a tie, the match will be decided by sudden death, where the team that scores the first goal wins the match. Drawing lots determines which team starts with the ball. If the score is still tied after five minutes of game time, the match is decided by penalty throws from the 7 meter line, five to each team, then one by one until the score is no longer tied. Teams that have not registered their team lists before their second game will be excluded from the tournament. All the participants on the list are considered to have participated in the tournament. The team leader must leave a phone number on the team list in case the team has to be contacted during the tournament. Dress If two teams have the same dress color the away team has to change. Game The team listed first on the setup must be to the left of the Secretariat. No use of Time-out is allowed, except in cases of serious injury. A team that leaves the playing field during play is disqualified from the tournament. Each team is responsible for its' supporters' behavior. Spray-on-glue is allowed in all age classes. Ball Both team s has to supply an approved ball for the game. The ball of the team listed first in the match-setup is the first choice for use. The other teams ball will be held by the secretariat as a backup. Class G12, G13 and G14 must use ball size 1 (50-52cm/290-330 gram) Class G15, G16, G17 and G18 must use ball size 2 (54-56cm/325-375 gram) Class B12 must use ball size 1 (50-52cm/290-330 gram) Class B13 and B14 b must use ball size 2 (54-56cm/325-375 gram) Class B15, B16, B17 and B18 must use ball size 3 (58-60cm/425-475 gram) § 8 Age identification All players have to show age identification if the tournament technical committee asks for it. This applies to Norwegian teams as well. If a team uses an unqualified player they will be excluded from the tournament. § 9. Referees All referees in the tournament are to be considered as neutral. § 10. Jury The jury is comprised of one representative from the organizer, two representatives from participating clubs, and two deputy members from participating clubs. The jury decides protests and penalties. The jury's rulings cannot be changed or overruled. § 11. Protests Protests have to be given in to the nearest secretariat at the most 15 minutes after the game in question has finished. The protest quota of 500 nok has to be paid at the same time. It will be returned if the protest is accepted. § 12. Walk Over A team that does not show up without a legitimate reason will lose the game with 10-0. If this happens more than once, the team may be excluded from the tournament. If there are compelling reasons the jury can exclude a team on the first offense. For example if a deliberate walk over benefits or "punishes" another team in the tournament. § 13 Order regulations General The team leader stipulated on the team-list will at all times be responsible for his/her players. All use of drugs and alcohol is forbidden during the tournament, also while traveling, and during the stay. Silence is required on every school between 23.00 - 06.00. Each team must clean their sleeping facilities before departure. Fire safety It is totally forbidden to smoke in the schools. It is absolutely forbidden to cook any food in the schoolrooms or in the corridors. It is forbidden to place any flammable goods in the corridors or rooms. It is also forbidden to place benches, chairs etc in the corridors. All doors between corridors and stairways should be kept closed at all times. If these rules are broken they will be treated by the tournament's jury and may lead to the teams disqualification and expulsion from the lodgings. § 14. Insurance, liability Scandinavian Cup w/ organizer has no collective insurances that covers sickness or injuries to people , or damages to equipment and is not responsible for covering financial losses caused by such occurrences. Scandinavian Cup w/ organizer is not obliged to refund any team due to force majeure occurrences We encourage all participants and leaders to never leave any valuables or money unattended. |
